- Bunkers – Bunkers had poor drainage and lining had deteriorated
• New style bunkers allow much improved drainage and maintenance

- Replaced 22-year Tif Eagle Bermudagrass with new Tif Eagale Bermuda
• Replaced 12 inch seed bed with new layer of sand and peat moss

- Hole 4 – New Construction
Fairway reshaped, two new greenside bunkers
• Added two new tees left of cart path
